How We Started

Built One House at a Time

Latney's Window Cleaning started in June 2024 with less than $40 in equipment and a simple belief: people deserve better service than they're used to getting.

Before this business, Latney spent years in sales — knocking on doors, learning what it means to earn trust face to face. Window cleaning was the one thing he could sell and deliver himself. No shortcuts. No franchise. No middleman.

On day one, he knocked on doors with no clients and no reviews. The first house he cleaned for free — he needed someone to take a chance on him before he could ask anyone to pay. The second house that same day paid $100.

That was the whole business plan: earn the trust first, let the work speak, and the rest follows. That's still how we operate today. Every job is treated like it's the one that earns the next ten.

Owner & Operator

Latney started the business in 2024 and still personally shows up for every single job — window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning, all across Lexington. Before starting the business, he spent years in sales, which taught him the value of showing up, doing what you said you'd do, and earning trust one conversation at a time. That's the same approach he brings to every home he works on today.

Samantha Blunk

Operations Manager

Samantha keeps the business running behind the scenes. She handles inbound leads, answers the phone, books quote requests, and coordinates Latney's schedule so nothing falls through the cracks. Beyond day-to-day operations, she advises on growing and improving the business — from new services to marketing to long-term strategy.
